NPR today ran an elegant Independence Day “I Believe” essay on “Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness” by Andrew Sullivan. You can read it, listen to it, or both.

Agreed. Much better than having to wade through translations of neo-Nazi rubbish from a cretin like Hans Hoppe. That's depressing, but Sullivan's comments were uplifting.
