December 29, 2006If you live with cats, this will not surprise you...Cairns cat saves owners from fire. My Siamese cat woke me up, rather insistently, when there was a fire truck in front of the building sending it’s red lights into my apartment. I was told (in the middle of a freezing and snowy winter night) to put on my robe and go find out what was going on. I reported back that there was a small fire two buildings down. Your cats are lovely! I had a beautiful cat for ten years and he really brought a lot of joy to me and my family...unfortunately,we had to put him to sleep in November due to a tumor...Saying goodbye to him that morning before going to work, knowing that I won't see him when I come back - painful, painful, painful....
