I know this is to be expected, but what mediocre reporting. So many unanswered questions remain, like...How many police officers worked on this for two years instead of patrolling the streets of San Antonio for actual criminals? What has happened to the city's crime rate during that time? And most of all, after so many years of feminist consciousness-raising, how is it still seen as okay for the overwhelmingly white-male police to tell women when they can use their vaginas?
