I’ve been dashing around London to meetings with libertarian colleagues and partners from Russia, Britain, Azerbaijan, and Malaysia, as well as meeting with Cato Sponsors who live and work in London. Tonight’s the Golden Umbrella Awards, at which I’ll present an award on behalf of the Cato Institute for Best Contribution to Free Market Thinking.
Tomorrow I’ll be on a plane back to DC.
