That's fine, thanks for the offer. On a related note, I downloaded and read your essay on "Cosmopolitanism". Great stuff! Besides being a favorite word of mine (minus the "ism"), it's a favorite subject for me. Have you read "Cosmopolitanism" by Mr. Appiah, published a couple of years ago? If so, what is your opinion?
